Private Pilates and Classes

I am based and work in and around Mercer Island, Bellevue and Seattle. I teach privately in my home on the Equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda chair etc.

I teach a range of classes on the Equipment at Club Pilates Mercer Island on the following days. Please see the schedule for further details on classes available.

Tuesday 6.30am and 7.30am 

Wednesday 10am, 11am, 12pm

Friday 10am, 11am 12pm.

Pilates Matwork and BootyBarre Classes 

Tuesday 9.30am Tempo Pilates at MI Athletic Club. Please contact the club directly for information on signing up.

Wednesday 7pm BootyBarre at Mercer Island Community Centre.

*Tempo Pilates is an up-tempo class consisting of a series of classical Pilates exercises that continually flows from one to the next at a relatively fast pace.  The class is designed to help you build endurance, strength and stability whilst focusing on good technique ensuring that movement comes from the deep core muscles. This is a mat-based class which will also incorporate small equipment such as toning circles, stretch bands, gliders and balls to keep you challenged! Recommended for people who have a good understanding of their bodies.

Please note that I like to keep my classes small so that everyone gets the individual attention that they require. Therefore spaces are limited on a first come, first served, basis.

Private Classes

Private Sessions are the perfect way to achieve your goals, as well as practice at a time that suits you in the comfort of your own home.

If you are looking for a cardio workout aswell as a Pilates session, we can mix the Barre and Pilates Matwork in one private session. We will need a sturdy chair,  room for a Pilates mat and enough space to freely move your arms and legs around when lying on the floor, everything else i will supply.

Private sessions can be with your family, friends or colleagues.

Mum and me Pilates (aimed at children 11 and above) coming soon. 

This class will focus on posture, strength, coordination, balance and provide an understanding of the body and movement. Pilates can help with other physical recreational activities, relaxation,and the stresses and strains of day to day life. Come and spend some time together.
