Karen’s classes are characterised by a varied programme of exercises; her instructions are clear, with different levels according to ability; and she has a strong focus on individual progress. I have particularly appreciated Karen taking care to adjust my positioning which, for me, optimises the effectiveness of the exercises. Karen is a personable, attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher and I always leave her sessions with a sense of wellbeing.

I’ve been attending private one-on-one classes with Karen over the past couple of years and I’m happy to say that not only have I benefitted enormously from the sessions but I’ve really enjoyed them too. Karen is keenly aware of my specific capabilities and with her help I’ve been able to improve significantly my posture and core strength. She encourages me to push myself further but is always sensitive to my limitations. Karen’s also been great with Anika, my wife, both pre- and post-pregnancy, and I’m pretty sure at some stage our toddler will have a go too!
